What this site collects
Nothing by itself. The contact and vendor forms open an email in your own mail program addressed to [email protected]; what you send is what you typed. There are no accounts, no sign-in and no analytics cookies on this site. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, time, page) for security.
What we do with what you send
We use it to answer your enquiry or to consider your company for the vendor bench: name, company, email, phone, website, UEI and CAGE, certifications, service area and your message. We check a UEI and CAGE against SAM.gov, which is public. We do not sell or rent any of it, and we share it only with a government buyer when you are quoting on their requirement, or with a professional adviser bound to confidentiality.
How long we keep it
An enquiry we could not take further is deleted after twelve months. A vendor on the bench stays on file while the relationship lasts and for the record-keeping period federal contracts require after it ends.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within ten business days.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
